Ambrosia offers an extensive selection of freshly prepared gourmet sandwiches, salads and hot entrees, perfect for a working lunch or board meeting. (20 person minimum)

Sandwich Combo:

Assorted Ambrosia Sandwiches and Roll Ups. Served with choice of 2 salads. Relish tray and chips.

Drakes Oven Baked Chicken

Served with whipped potatoes and gravy, candied carrots, tossed salad,  and rolls.

Mexican Fiesta

Chicken Fajitas, beef  tacos with corn taco shells,  soft flour tortillas and tortilla chips with all the toppings, plus warm cheese sauce, rice and beans.

Lemon Artichoke Chicken

Chicken tenders with tarragon lemon sauce topped with artichokes, sautéed green bean, rice pilaf, tossed salad, and rolls.

Lamb and Chicken Gyros

Served with yogurt cucumber sauce, tomatoes and onion, plus our big fat Greek salad, hummus, and rice pilaf.

Breaded Pork Chops

Wonderful rib pork chop served with whipped potatoes and gravy, corn medley, tossed salad and rolls

Roasted Turkey Breast

Served with whipped potatoes and gravy, candied carrots, tossed salad, and rolls.

Chicken Parmesan

Served with penne pasta marinara, Caesar salad and rolls

Chicken Piccata

Served with lemon orzo pasta, green beans, toss salad and rolls.

Michigan Pork Tenderloin

Served whipped potatoes, green beans, toss salad and rolls

Grilled Salmon with Roasted Tomatoes

Served with rice pilaf, tossed salad and rolls.
